Vincent J. Cardinal Associate Dean of Performing Arts p - 516.877.4927 f - 516.877.4134 e - vcardinal@adelphi.edu Vincent J. Cardinal is the new Associate Dean of Performing Arts and Director of the Performing Arts Center. He graduated in Playwriting from the Yale School of Drama where he was honored with the ASCAP-Cole Porter Award for Best-Collected Work. His play The Colorado Catechism premiered off-Broadway at Circle Repertory Company and has subsequently been published and produced internationally featuring stars such as Tim Daly and Malcolm Gets. His play King Dusyanta: A Tale from Kalidasa premiered, under his direction, at the Oasis Theater Company, NY. It starred Broadway legend André DeShields. Vincent has directed in theatres from coast to coast. He has also written and directed numerous projects for television and film. Previously, he was the Chairman of the University of Miami Theatre Arts Department and Producing Artistic Director of the Jerry Herman Ring Theatre. He also served as Director of the School of Theater at Ohio University and as the Director of Circle Repertory Company's School of Theater. J. Milo Lanoue Productions and Facilities Manager p - 516.877.4175 f - 516.877.4009 e - mlanoue@adelphi.edu As Productions & Facilities Manager for the Performing Arts Center, Mr. Lanoue oversees all daily physical operation of the building, coordinates schedules for classrooms and performance spaces, and provides production oversight for all events. Having worked exclusively in entertainment production for nearly 20 years, Mr. Lanoue has served as a stagehand, rigger, electrician, master carpenter, scene shop foreman, technical director, and production manager for countless shows and events. Mr. Lanoue holds a B.A. in Theatre Technology from Emerson College in Boston. Rick Gonzalez Assistant Productions & Facilities Manager p - 516.877.8573 e - rgonzalez@adelphi.edu As the new Assistant Productions & Facilities Manager for the Performing Arts Center, Mr. Gonzalez assists in overseeing the daily operations for the Performing Arts Center, and provides production oversight for all events. With over 10 years of experience in the entertainment production industry, Mr. Gonzalez has served as a head rigger, audio engineer, stagehand, electrician, master carpenter, technical director, and production manager for countless shows and events. Mr. Gonzalez holds a B.A. in Technical Theatre from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Blake R. Seidel Managing Director p - 516.877.4011 f - 516.877.4009 e - seidel@adelphi.edu As Managing Director, Mr. Seidel oversees all front-of-house operations as well as marketing and budgeting for the Performing Arts Center. He has managed more than 100 productions at Adelphi. He has also worked for the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery, and at ABC News in New York to name a few. Mr. Seidel has produced in the New York City Fringe Festival and is an adjunct professor in the Theater Department. He holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.F.A. in Theatre Management from Columbia University. Jessica L. Dulberg Box Office Manager p - 516.877.4002 f - 516.877.4009 e - jdulberg@adelphi.edu Ms. Dulberg joined Adelphi in June 2008, and comes to the University and Performing Arts Center with 10 years of successful experience as a box office administrator at Tilles Center for the Performing Arts in Brookville, Long Island. Beyond having extensive experience in such areas as staff management and training, the management of ticket and group sales, and successfully running subscription sales campaigns, she brings a broad knowledge of the Long Island arts scene and communities. Ms. Dulberg holds a B.A. in English from Long Island University (C.W. Post). Scott Zotto Assistant Managing Director p - 516.237.8514 f - 516.877.4009 e - szotto@adelphi.edu As the Assistant Managing Director, Mr. Zotto assists the Managing Director with production management and marketing for all productions within the Performing Arts Center as well as managing the front-of-house personnel. He is pleased to return to his alma mater. For the past five years, he has gained professional production, directorial, performance, and design experience both on Long Island and New York City. He holds a B.F.A. in Performance Studies from Adelphi University. |
