Monday–Friday: 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Outside of our regular hours, the Box Office will open 2 hour prior to most ticketed events.

Payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, cash, check (made out to Adelphi University)
Please note that discounted tickets are not available online. If you qualify for a ticket discount, see below for information on how to reserve. A $1 per ticket charge applies to all online orders. All tickets are final sale—no refunds, or exchanges.
Available Discounts
The following discounts are available for most performances at the PAC:
- Senior Citizens (60 and above): In person, or by phone at 516.877.4000
- Students: At box office with a valid school ID
- Alumni, AU Faculty & Staff: At the box office with a valid ID
(available from Adelphi University Public Safety)
- Groups (10 or more): Submit your order in writing according to these instructions.
- High 5
If you qualify for one of these discounts, please purchase your tickets at the box office window with a valid ID. Groups and Seniors may reserve by calling the Box Office at 516.877.4000.
Discounts are not available online and may not be combined, or applied to previously purchased tickets. 1 ticket per ID.
Free Events
All free events are ticketed, and space is limited! Please make your reservations in advance with the box office to ensure your seat. All tickets for free performances must be picked up on the day of the show, no later than 15 minutes before curtain. At that time, any tickets not picked up will be released to the public on a first-come-first-served basis. Be sure to arrive early!
Group Sales
Group discounts are available for most performances. Groups of 10 or more should contact the Box Office during regular hours for information on how to reserve. You may also download and complete the Group Order Form (PDF 64KB) and return it by mail to:

Cancelled Performances
In the event of inclement weather, call the Box Office at 516.877.4000 for a recorded update. If the University closes, the performance will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every attempt to reschedule the performance. If a performance is unable to be rescheduled, all ticket holders will be refunded.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in each of our performance spaces. Please notify the Box Office in advance if you or a member of your party require special seating; we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
